PC+ is one of most advanced track measuring trolley in our
products. The measurement parameters are Alignment (R&L),
longitudinal level (R&L), Track-Gauge, Cross-level and Twist. Interactive Tablet- PC is used to control the measuring unit. The
Bluetooth is adopted to transfer the data wirelessly between
measuring unit and control unit (Tablet-PC). The data being
collected during the measurement is displayed on the monitor
of Tablet-PC. When the measurement is finished, the system
are ready to output various reports such as a table showing the
places where exceed the threshold (reference value), a chart
showing each parameter. PC+ offers excellent and reliable
performance for your track geometry measuring work.

Self calibration*
*The calibration (Zero point adjustment) for measuring devices are automatically completed when operator has moved the trolley about 10m forward twice from same point.The trolley must be turned around for the 2nd pass. please refer to instruction manual for the detail.

Capable to measure Switch area
(In case of “facing turnout”, the measuring work is possible only if the gap in frog is less than 910cm. In this case, the single wheel side must be set on “gap-in-frog” side rail.)

Automatic brake
(When operator released his hand from push-bar, the brake is actuated.)
Travelling backward
When any spot exceeding threshold (reference value) was detected, it is possible to travel backward to reconfirm.
Small pocket size battery (300g) is convenient to carry for standby.
